Refund policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of the date of reception, and done so according to these guidelines:

1. Please inform us in writing of your intention to return a product within 7 days of reception and provide a proof of purchase / warranty card image

2. We will then provide you with a return address which may be different from the address that you received it from. Please do not ship a product without contacting us first. Returning products to the wrong address will delay a refund or incur additional costs, which will be deducted from refunds. Customers who do not follow return shipping instructions assume all risks of lost or stolen shipments.

3. The product must be returned in unused and new condition, with no trace of having been worn, with the original box and protective materials, as originally delivered.

Return shipping is at the charge of the customer, except if a production or mechanical defect is present, in which case shipping costs may be reimbursed by us upon inspection. See point 4.

4. In case a product is returned damaged or not in new condition:

Any products that show signs of external damage, such as small scratches, dents, blemishes or other signs or wear may be subject to a restocking fee in equal amount of the cost of replacing the damaged part. For example if a case is scratched, we may disassemble the watch and replace the case entirely. This is not a profit center for us; we only charge what our own watchmakers charge us.

If a customer's grievance is regarding something that falls within the acceptable range in our quality standards, such as a tiny blemish which is visible only through a magnifying glass, the item may only be returned for a refund, not replacement, so long as it is still in as-delivered condition. We aim to produce premium products of solid quality, yet imposing ultra-luxury watch testing protocols would be cost prohibitive in the product category we aim to compete in.

If our inspection of a returned items reveals that the product does indeed have a production or mechanical defect, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no cost to the customer.

Refunds:

Products returned for refunds need to first be inspected by us. We will contact the customer to inform of the product’s reception and inspection result. If the product’s condition is verified and approved, we will issue a refund either to the original payment method, or via PayPal.
