Shipping policy
To most efficiently expedite shipments to our buyers, we aim to ship them as closest as possible to where they are ordered, and rely on several international partners for fulfillment.
All orders within Europe are shipped directly by us from Germany.
All orders in North America are shipped from either within the United-States, Germany or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and shipping rates.
All orders in Asia, most of the Middle East and Australia are shipped from a logistics partner in Hong Kong, which is also the location of our overseas service center.
All watches are shipped for free using either Deutsche Post / DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS depending on rates and shipping lead times. Potential import taxes, customs fees and VAT imposed in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers within the EU will not be subject to import taxes, customs fees and VAT.
