I ordered a bracelet for my Atlas GMT to swap out the strap it came with several years ago. The bracelet was damaged in transit. Waldhoff was informed and quickly verified the damage. A new bracelet was shipped the next day. The communication with me about the situation was great and the bracelet looks great.
PS- The watch has worked great and is far very accurate. Waldoff Timepieces is a very good company to do busines with.
