A decent experience

I ordered a watch band with deployment clasp, but i received just a traditional band. I contacted Waldhoff customer service and they politely sent me the correct band. The second band did not arrive according to the expected timeline, so I contacted them again, and they quickly remedied the situation. I have received the correct product and it is working very nicely for me!
